We try to ship your orders as quickly as possible, but unfortunately, it may take a little longer than usual. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Upon receiving your order, please check the items for defects. Do you find a defect, or do you not want to accept the items for a different reason, you can return them. After receiving your return shipment, we will refund the order sum via the payment method the order has been placed in. We do not refund the costs for the return shipment, unless the item shows defects or we sent you the wrong item.
When inspecting your shipment, please handle the items with the same care you would show when in our workshop. Mounting parts on the boat is allowed, off course, but damage after use can be recovered from you. We also ask you to send the items back in its original packaging.
Exchange is not possible: After your return shipment, you will need to re-order
Please contact us within 5 days after delivery if you intend to return the order. This way, you make use of your right to withdraw the purchase. You'll find more information on our return policy in our Terms and conditions and Additional terms . You may want to use our Model Withdrawal Form, but this form is not mandatory for cancelling your purchase.
For returns from outside the EU, you must indicate on the customs forms that it concerns a return. Enter 0.00 for the value of the shipment. If we nevertheless have to deal with import tax, this will be charged to you.

Every day we try to provide excellent service and to inform you about our products as clearly as possible. If you may find a defect or have we provided inaccurate information, please contact us. We will respond within 5 working days and resolve the complaint by mutual agreement within a month.
Legal guarantees apply to all our products and is regulated in our return policy. We deliver the products as displayed on our web site. Please be aware that features that do not change the performance of the products may differ slightly from the images on the product pages.
Products that are customised or assembled to your specific needs, such as boats, oars and repairs, are excluded from the right of withdrawal but our commercial warranty does apply. On these products, we offer 3 months warranty, commencing at the time of delivery. If these products might show defects, we will replace them or refund the purchase amount.
